Handy Voice fork release for Windows package publishing.

Changes in this release:

Renames the fork installer identity to Handy Voice.
Uses Deut Lab as the Windows publisher.
Uses com.deutlab.handyvoice as the app identifier.
Shows version 0.8.7.1 in Windows file properties and installed apps.
Keeps the Windows task startup identity separate from original Handy.
