Handy Voice fork release for Windows.

Changes in this release:

  • Adds Handy Voice default settings for fresh installs.
  • Imports existing original Handy settings on first Handy Voice launch when available.
  • Keeps app language and recognition language automatic instead of forcing Russian.
  • Shows debug and experimental settings by default.
  • Uses the backtick key as the default dictation shortcut on Windows.
  • Enables silence stop, audio feedback, auto-submit, Windows task startup, and current overlay preferences by default.
