An unofficial update attempt to Fabric 1.21.6 of YUNG's Better Ocean Monuments, based off @timelord1102's previous 1.21.5 unofficial update releases.
Getting this to work from 1.21.5 to 1.21.6 required updating getOwnerUUID to the new EntityReference owner field for ProjectileAccessor.
This requires YUNG's API Fabric 1.21.6, which was also unofficially updated by me to 1.21.6.
