add extended documentation

Hi!
I have read your blog post and found it to be very useful. But nowadays there is no single django-channels, redis and angular 4 - tutorial to read along and understand everything. I think this project is a great start point to write something in the direction i said before.
I would kindly contribute if needed ;)
