Remove AiAssistant and AgenticModes from FREE_QUOTAS so they no longer appear in the usage meter. Both features now bypass requirePro and return true unconditionally across free, sponsor, and singularity tiers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This pull request introduces several updates to both the product's website and feature gating logic.
