This project was my first step into front-end development — a clean, responsive survey form designed to gather insights from students about their readiness and interests in Senior High School.

Key Features:

• Input fields for Name, Email, and Phone Number
• Radio buttons for course selection
• Dropdown menu for next-step preferences
• Checkboxes for anticipated challenges
• Text area for additional comments

What I Learned:

• Structuring HTML forms for usability and clarity
