Problem
Dev Proxy Toolkit was showing false upgrade notifications when the same version was already installed. For example, when Dev Proxy version 0.29.1 was installed, the toolkit would still show "New Dev Proxy version 0.29.1 is available" even though
devproxy outdated --shortreturned empty output (indicating no updates were available). The terminal clearly shows:
devproxy --versionreturns0.29.1devproxy outdated --shortreturns empty (no updates available)Root Cause
In
src/detect.ts, theisOutdatedlogic only checked if an outdated version was returned by thedevproxy outdated --shortcommand, but didn't verify if it was actually different from the currently installed version:When
devproxy outdated --shortreturns the same version that's already installed, this was incorrectly marked as "outdated".Solution
Updated the version comparison logic to also check that the outdated version is different from the current version:
Changes Made

✅ All existing functionality preserved - no regressions introduced
