Is Twitter-Auto-Pilot still working with new Twitter Oct 2019

Hi,
is your application still working with the newest Twitter version?

I uploaded your Twitter-Auto-Pilot-master.zip and extracted it but access is not allowed when I try the link frontend/production/utils/database_export.sql

I get a 403 error
