During my commute today, I focused my academic efforts on the Data Storage and Files section of Database Systems. While the underlying principles were relatively accessible, the material presented a significant challenge in terms of terminological retention. Although I have a firm grasp of the concepts for now, I anticipate that a rigorous review of the specific nomenclature will be necessary as the examination approaches.
In addition to my formal studies, I have begun tackling array problems from NeetCode. My objective is to strategically utilize intermittent downtime during work hours to enhance my algorithmic proficiency. To support this endeavor, I have implemented an automated workflow that synchronizes my problem-solving progress with my Github repository and dev blog.
Regarding my physical regimen, I completed a series of exercises, including pullovers, lat pulldowns, seated rows, chest presses, and low rows. Having bypassed chest workouts for a week, I reincorporated the chest press into my routine. However, this resulted in a recurrence of elbow pain. This persistent discomfort is quite concerning and may require a more cautious approach to my training intensity.
