babel-plugin-transform-runtime is required but not included in the package

When installing the package and using the example in the CodeSandbox (https://codesandbox.io/s/dry-fire-q9txy?file=/src/App.js:34-95) the parent app must install babel-plugin-transform-runtime for it to run.

Easily recreated by spinning up a new boilerplate project
