Task 17: Update /docs — PRD and slide deck for Bishop State

Overview

The /docs folder contains the original multi-institution Datathon PRD and slide deck. Both need to be updated to reflect the current Bishop State-focused deployment, the features actually built, and the live Vercel deployment.

Changes Required

1. docs/CodeBenders-PRD_Student_Success_Analytics.md

• Section 1 (Overview): Remove references to KCTCS and University of Akron as co-primary institutions. Reframe as Bishop State Community College as the primary institution, with the platform designed to be extensible to other institutions.
• Section 2 (Problem Statement): Focus on Bishop State's specific challenges — 59% Black/African American student population, Mobile AL community context, gateway course bottlenecks, and limited predictive tooling.
• Section 6 (Institutional Requirements): Remove KCTCS and UoA sections. Expand Bishop State section with the actual requirements addressed.
• Section 7 (Functional Requirements): Update to reflect what is actually built — 7 ML models (not 6), rule-based readiness engine (not just a score), prompt history, NLQ interface, methodology page.
• Section 10 (Success Metrics): Update with concrete delivered metrics — 4,000 students scored, deployed to Vercel, readiness engine live.
• Section 12 (Next Steps): Replace with current status — live deployment, GitHub Actions pending, additional institution onboarding as future work.

2. docs/AI-Powered-Student-Success-Analytics.pptx

Update via Gamma.app using the prompt in docs/gamma-update-prompt.md (created as part of this task).

Key slide updates:

• Replace any KCTCS/multi-institution framing with Bishop State focus
• Add slides for: readiness score methodology, prompt history / audit trail, live deployment URL
• Update architecture diagram to reflect Postgres/Supabase + Vercel stack
• Update ML model count to 7

Acceptance Criteria

• PRD no longer references KCTCS as a primary institution
• PRD functional requirements match what is actually built
• PRD Next Steps reflect current live status
• docs/gamma-update-prompt.md created with a ready-to-paste Gamma prompt
• Both files committed to rebranding/task-17-update-docs-folder
