2. opened Excel and load csv file of data
3. it opened into Power Query Editor.
4. Changed Patient ID from Scientific to Number format.
5. Changed Date columns from General to Short Date.
6. Changed Appointment ID from General to Number.
7. than closed & Load data again in excel.
