Will not write to SD card

Hi.
I am having problems to update my TCU (get it back online).
Tried every thing. Always with same result: "Could not open fil on SD for dumping"
Please help:-)

Which version of sdtools did you use and how large was your SD?

Hi. Thanks for your quick answer. Had tried with 16GB and 32GB and tried with Sdtools 108 and 109.Used two different programs to write it to the SD card. Also  tried to unlock the card. But it ends always with the same result.
