This sample code showcases the quality of code I can produce in an objective way 
with Object Oriented Design & Programming as a productive member of your 
development team.

The requirements can be found in requirements.txt or requirements.doc

Prerequisite to run sample program (obviously :)):
    PHP

Run the sample code as follows:
    php ./rover.php

Add inputs to input.txt

Open lines_of_code.txt to show the number of actual lines of code.
