Add ZSTD Decoder

Hey!
Very nice work with this lib!

I can see that there are some tests for zstd decoding that are commented out, and as I understand it no support for zstd today. Is that something that is on the roadmap? Otherwise I'd be happy to add that!

It would be great to have ZSTD decoding.

I think we'd want to add a ZSTD decoder into the defaults here: https://github.com/developmentseed/async-tiff/blob/main/src/decoder.rs

We can probably port from the upstream code directly: https://github.com/image-rs/image-tiff/blob/985f3822c83397d780f24310b421488c00dfc6fd/src/decoder/image.rs#L460-L461

I have the branch ready, but can't push to origin (getting permission denied)...

@nivdee you won't be able to push to origin directly. Instead, standard practice is to:

1. Create a fork of this repository into your own personal namespace
2. Create a Pull Request from your fork.

This allows for evaluating third party code while keeping direct owner privileges (push access) limited.
