Add Plausible tracking to the contributor network site so visits roll up with the shared developmentseed.org analytics property.
Use the standard Plausible script include and keep only the shared developmentseed.org site id for a minimal integration.
Replace the legacy Plausible tag with the current contributor-network site-specific snippet.

@gadomski This now includes the updated Plausible script that is specific to contributor network. I made a new site for it in Plausible here: https://plausible.io/developmentseed.org%2Fcontributor-network/settings/general
