In this PR, I've replaced the usage of
requirements.txtforuv. I believe this will allow us to more quickly and consistently manage packages.Use
uv run ...for any command related to the project.I also ran my editors formatted on
pyproject.tomlwhich sorted things alphabetically. If this is an issue, feel free to push back
