Yes, I noticed it. But everything is OK now! 👍 The conflict was caused by the fact (perhaps, because I admit that I'm already lost) that after the last synchronization, the date of both synchronized files changed. Maybe just running Cruiser changes the date/time of the So sorry for the off-topic, but I can now confirm that synchronizing your data between several devices is possible, although not always easy 🙂 |

It looks like FolderSync, when syncing, by default (it can be changed) only replaces a file that is "untouched" since the last sync. It's not enough to be older. This is far-reaching security. And good! But you need to keep this in mind when creating a synchronization rule 🙂 |

To import a route, the file should be created or exported with Cruiser? It seems that can not import a GPX made by others. |

No, it's the 2nd set of bullet-points that I was referring to. I originally thought that the Import Favorite Route feature was broken because the error message didn't really tell me much. As somebody who has looked under the hood several times with Cruiser, it didn't take long for me to figure out what I needed to do to make it work. I don't use any other routing system, just BaseCamp on the PC to plot my routes with Shaping+Via-Points. To that end, I don't think "Favorite Routes" is something I'll be making much use of, but needed to to clarify here what I originally thought it was, and now I know what it needs to import a route.... Thanks. |

Do you export them as GPX files and import them in Cruiser for navigation? Or import them just as overlays? Don't you use a routing service in Cruiser (e.g. BRouter) to convert the GPX to routes that can be navigated? |

@devemux86 Yes, I open them in Cruiser and simply navigate. They are all of the same format as "Moors Loop Pass" from earlier. Loading those GPX files into Cruiser directly from BaseCamp has never been an issue, it inherits Shaping+Via-Points exactly as I define them on the computer - I certainly don't have to toggle through the list and set the Via's like I had to with CoPilot :) I don't use them as overlays - I always navigate the routes. @0709wiwiwi Yes, that's understood now. It took some guess-work before I realised that Favorite Routes is a snapshot of a route that's been plotted+routed on the Cruiser map. My mistaken belief was that I could simply load a standard GPX (from BaseCamp) into it and it'd be routed+saved - essentially a nice-looking GUI to replace an Android file browser. |

Maybe in addition to the above, it would be useful to have as much as is in sight? 50 or even 20 meters? Unfortunately, most often we do not know how long the blockage ahead is (or we do not have time to analyze the often terribly complicated boards with drawn detours). |

I assume you suggest this because of the word lenght to better fit in the main menu!?? 😃 I don't find the term "data" 100% matching for this, but as far as I am concerned I will use the App in German anyway - so I wonder what you will use as German naming? "Meine Daten" (which corresponds to "My data") rather means things like date of birth, phone number etc. than a bunch of personal POIs, routes and tracks... EDIT: What about "My content"? Would translate to "Meine Inhalte" and fits better from my point of view. |

On my phone this is set to "../media/gr.talent.cruiser/files" from the beginning (I didn't change this setting at all). On the other hand I HAVE maps and POI downloaded (lots of them, in fact). EDIT: I'm still on the official 3.0.32 version! |

@bios4 please show an image of your storage folder settings dialog (like the above image). Also an image with a file manager of your storage folder contents, so we can see the paths. The paths are reported by Android and usually only the "data" has a subfolder "files" (like above image). |

The submenus for tracks and routes could have a back button like the other menus, not only ok and cancel. Also the favorites menu. Cannot test too much, am in short holidays without motorbike. |

It's hard to say for sure, but in fact, at zoom 12, when there are only a few markers on the map such as "10+", "20+", "50+", the performance drops. Maybe I'm imagining it, but it's more clearly visible when I zoom out on the map and the markers are created. When you move the map with this same zoom to a place you haven't seen before, where these markers appear "in the background" as if "outside the visible area", the performance is better... I didn't have the opportunity to check whether the performance drops with a large number of Favorites, the visibility of which is set only during navigation - because I have them so that I can be informed about attractions along the way 🙂 |

Sorry. What I wrote above, that when I move the map to a place where there are already markers, the performance is better, is probably not true. Rather, in these places the map is less complex and therefore the performance is better. |

Indeed there is a performance regression in b4 because of an internal change in favorites. I will make a new Beta apk later, with also fixed favorite icon outlines. @Ciutnik thanks again for the detailed tests! |

works perfect, just one topic: when importing json format, the first screen in total commander is "open with URL" and not open with cruiser like when opening a kurviger or gpx file.

Something wrong when exporting profiles. If I export all of them, Moto profile file is 0 bytes, the other are ok. If I just export Moto profile, it's ok. I tried to do it while Moto profile is active or not active, same results. If I import Moto on other device is ok. If I import Moto Nit with another device it gives an error. It happens something similar with the other profiles exported and packed into the zip. |

Indeed, I can confirm, it's the same for me. In the zip, the "Motorcycle" profile has a size of 0 bits. This is the first profile on the list, and it is active. |

It looks to me like the first profile on the list is set to zero size, regardless of which one is active. Edit: This happens on b4 and b5. On b3 is OK! |

I see. It's probably not something necessary. After reconnecting WiFi and restarting the app, I re-initiated the download - everything works flawlessly (even in the background), including stopping at any time 👍 Coming back to the interrupted connection: Maybe some error information would be enough. And I guess "Stop" should work the same as during the ongoing download... But this is a rather rare case, so it may be a waste of your time to look for a solution for such a situation 🙂 A simple restart of the application solves the problem. |

You are fast! Thanks 👍 I noticed the download error due to connection loss by accident. For some unknown reason, the phone connected to my 2.4GHz WiFi instead of 5GHz. Because the map weighs a lot, after starting the download I switched to 5GHz, which caused a momentary interruption in network access... |

I had the same idea that there is an issue with th the ä, o, ü in Germany and renamed the route to test.kurviger. Unfortunately the test.kurviger route crashes also. I planed a new route in Kurviger Web and it crashes too. I now changed the setting Navigation from Normal to Simulation. Then Cruiser has no problem to simulate the route |

I now planed a route with the starting point 1km away. Now Cruiser asked where to start From the starting point, or shaping point and the Cruiser routes the route. In my above posted route the starting point is only 100m away from my real position. Could it have something to do with? |

And if you select the rerouting point, Cruiser recalculates a new route to the selected point and navigation starts normally?

Yes Cruiser calulate the way to the 1km away starting point and all is good. The only thing I changed in my first problem route is to set the staring point further away.

Yes, I can see the images as above, but clicking e.g. "Route color" does not lead to the appropriate setting, but only to the main settings menu. Of course, I have "Extended settings" turned on. |
