Issue Description

Alizer should be able to recognize a project using Websphere-liberty. Right now, we are able to detect only open-liberty projects and is difficult to separate those two cases.

More detailed. A new detector (the websphere_liberty_detector.go) should be added under pkg/apis/enricher/framework/java.

Acceptance Criteria

• Confirm if there is or not, a way to detect websphere framework inside pom.xml or in another application file.
