PulseAudio have deadlock, what to do?

Used pulseaudio cleint have deadlock in implementaion, so if we begin use pulseaudio we offten get it and nothign to work

I create PR jfreymuth/pulse#39, but it doens't merged yet

Whar is i proper way to do something with this?
