Adição do evento de obter a exclusão da prescrição (evento onPrescriptionExcluded).
A LGPD obriga os parceiros que consomem a Memed salvar as informações das prescrições geradas na plataforma (obtidas no evento onPrescriptionPrinted). Da mesma forma que os parceiros tem que salvar essas informações, caso elas sejam excluídas da Memed é necessário que os parceiros excluam as informações de suas bases.
