Attempt to use for `.github/` repo?

Describe the change:
Attempt to use this repo as "Default Community Health" .github repo for default files throughout my projects (without having to fork or use as template)

• other possible files:
  • FUNDING.md - helps display "Sponsor" button in Github Repo
  • SUPPORT.md - lets people know about ways to get help with your project
