Language support

Hi.

Could you use some help with the German language? Some of the translations are a bit strange. :)

Host -> Host (not "Gastgeber" means "Host for dinner")
Port -> Port (not "Hafen" means "Harbor")
Connect -> Verbinden (not "Anschließen " means "plug in")
Search -> Durchsuchen (not "Durchsuche")
