Description of the Change
This PR adds a debug mode option. If enabled, stats processing triggers verbose debug messages in the dev tools console:
Also a bug with loading local identities was fixed and dependencies were updated to their latest version.
Benefits
This (hopefully) makes it easier to debug number, account or identity related issues.
