App icon doesn't appear in title bar

App description shows up in Task Manager instead of CoreDeck:

Notice the garbled character (em dash), it's also deformed in the about dialog:

This issue has been fixed d4f77d9 and is available on develop (needs to be tested)

I'm gonna be closing the issue, but feel free to reopen it at any time!
