Complete AI integration

Issue: THE UI-front-end side of the eventual AI integration is fully rolled out, but the backend Rust is not quite finished yet. 

Need to check with Cohere documentation to hook up with it's API. In the meantime, logic for the prompt sent to the AI + the parsing of the JSON can still be written.
