macOS x64 release is broken

Actual behavior

During #1730, it was found that the macOS installers for Mac(x64) are broken because the bin folder is empty.
The issue is present in the following releases:

• 2026.02.001
• 2026.01.001
• 2025.12.001
  Earlier releases are not affected by this issue.

Reproduce

1. Download the Mac(x64) installer for one of said releases.
2. Open the .tar.gz file
3. Navigate to the bin folder

Expected behavior

The ideasy installer should be present here

IDEasy status

`ide -p status` can't be used as the installation failed.

The tickets did not ring the bell:

But I checked the git commits between 2025.11.001 and 2025.12.001 and quickly found this:

Most likely that caused the error.
This makes it easy to fix:
