installing kotlincnative does not work

As a kotlincnative-User , I want to be able to download it

URL Updater uses kotlinc-native with hyphen:
https://github.com/devonfw/ide-urls/tree/master/kotlinc-native/kotlinc-native

Commandlet is without hyphen. Easiest fix is to rename the commandlet:

IDEasy/cli/src/main/java/com/devonfw/tools/ide/tool/kotlinc/KotlincNative.java
