feat: install and configure the Laravel MCP package #32
Description
Context
As a developer, I need MCP support available in the new codebase so Katra can interoperate with tools and providers without making MCP the center of the product architecture.
Acceptance Criteria
- The Laravel MCP package is installed.
- Configuration is added or published as appropriate.
- A minimal smoke test or example integration exists.
- The setup documentation explains the intended role of MCP in v2.
Notes
MCP remains important, but the product should not be designed around it as the primary abstraction.
Out of Scope
- Full MCP-first workflow orchestration
