Goal

Install the frontend building blocks needed for the shared Blade and Livewire application shell.

Scope

• Install and configure Livewire
• Install a Blade icons package for application icons
• Confirm Vite, Tailwind v4, and Livewire refresh behavior

Out of Scope

• Building the shell layout itself
• Auth, admin, or ideas features

Acceptance Criteria

• Livewire is installed and wired into the Laravel app
• A Blade icon package is available for toolbar icons
• Development asset refresh works for Blade and Livewire changes

Dependencies

• None

Test Plan

• Run targeted feature or render tests if needed for bootstrapping
• Verify the app boots with Livewire assets and icon usage available
