OAuth CFP setup

The Devoxx and Voxxed CFP webapp allows you to add OAuth credentials.
This way CFP visitors can authenticate using their existing Google, GitHub or LinkedIn credentials.

The CFP will show one or more authentication options based on the provided credentials.
