- Add provisionConfig property to deploy test inputs to ensure ProvisionConfig before/run methods are called
- Update provision test cases to match actual implementation behavior where qualifier defaults to 'LATEST'
- Modify remove test expectations to align with commented-out provision code in source
- Adjust scalingConfig/provisionConfig validation test for Remove command to reflect current lack of validation
- All unit tests now pass (48/48 test suites, 722 passed, 2 skipped)
