What is the difference between "Local development security checks performed" and the Test subdimension Static Depth?

@wurstbrot I think there can be different level to the checks. Like in the build and release process and on a local system prior to commit utilizing something like Git-Webhooks or IDE security plugins.
For the Style checks performed... yes you are right I didn't see that when creating this PR.
