The removed code cause appearing a new wrong configuration for Android 8. If remove this one everything will be ok. According to this fork - https://github.com/cyphereza/react-native-android-wifi/blob/master/android/src/main/java/com/devstepbcn/wifi/AndroidWifiModule.java

This method would be useful for me, especially as if you accidentally bind a network before it exists it causes lots of problems with your network connection. |

@gigby Any progress on this or do we know if it will/won't be added into this package? I believe that the functionality would be valuable, but am not sure how common this use case is. |

forceWifiUsage(true)a network becomes bound asynchronously. And to get status of this process I added methodconnectionStatusOfBoundNetworkAffected pages:
