Feat: Add Real-Time Updates & Notifications for Staff Orders

Description

The staff orders view does not update automatically and lacks a notification system for new or pending orders.

Goal

Improve order visibility for kitchen staff by adding real-time updates and notifications.

Proposed Solution

• Implement real-time updates (or auto-refresh) for orders
• Add a notification icon/badge showing number of pending orders
• Optional: Add popup notification/alert when a new order is received

Expected Result

Staff can:

1. See new orders instantly or with minimal delay
2. Be alerted when new orders arrive
3. Easily track pending orders through the notification icon

Notes:

Helps improve kitchen response time and reduces missed orders.
