This updates the plugin to nushell 0.103.0. The plugin builds, tests pass and basic functionality has been tested.
Note: This PR supersedes #8 which wasn't merged during the lifespan of nushell 0.102.0. Both PRs bump the plugin's version to 0.15.0, though notably, this means we're jumping by two nushell versions in one nu_plugin_dbus version. Let me know if I should change this for consistency.
