- Increase default request timeout
- Encourage top level headers instead of fetchOpts
- Upgrade Ky to latest patch version
This is something that should be set instead of surprising users. It can be controlled from the fetchOptions passed to the OpenAIClient constructor.
Passing fetchOptions.headers could lead to unexpected behavior. This updates the type to discourage is and adds it in a less destructive way for backwards compat.
