weechat plugins

[vaaleyard]

People who will probably use dex would come from other TUI clients like weechat. I know some people really enjoy and use a few weechat plugins for various reasons.
If you use any plugin that does something dex does not support it yet, comment here the plugin name and what it does.

I will try my best to implement it so you can feel comfortable using dex everyday.

TIL about plugins. I just use this to connect to a friend's channel; I feel fulfilled atm.
