This pull request removes the shared workflows and documentation related to running tfsec security checks (both PR commenting and SARIF upload) from the repository. The main changes include deleting the workflow YAML files, their example usage files, and cleaning up the references and instructions in the
README.md.Removal of tfsec workflows and documentation:
