SVN: Second dfetch update fails with non-standard layout

Given a SVN repo with a non-standard layout
After a successful update:

• metadata contains branch:
• svn info is done twice (maybe unneeded)
• first time succeeds, but second time, the ' ' is appended and the svn info fails

Quotes around the command would also make it easier to notice this

The issue is located in project/svn.py on line 209 (_get_info). The branch parameter contains a space which results in the malformed URL.

Quick fix:

def _get_info(self, branch: str) -> Dict[str, str]:
        return self._get_info_from_target(f"{self.remote}/{branch.strip()}")

After this change updating multiple times works as expected.
