Enable Docker Service Selection in Template Creation

Allow users to select a Docker service while creating a template. Users should be able to specify their own Docker image to be used within the template.

• Add a dropdown the template creation UI to select or enter a Docker image.
• Store the selected Docker service/image as part of the template data.
