Launch feedback: where did it break?

ondocs 0.13.1 is out, and it launches today together with its two sibling projects, onsystem and signoff-ui. This is the thread for first impressions of ondocs. Tell me where it broke, what confused you, and which answers were wrong. A short comment is fine.

What helps most:

1. A setup that didn't work. Your framework (Starlight, Docusaurus, VitePress, Next.js, Fumadocs, Nextra, or the script tag), where the endpoint runs (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, GitHub Pages), and the step that failed.
2. A wrong answer. The question, the answer, and the page it should have cited. Your site's URL if it's public.
3. "I don't know" to a question your docs do answer. The question and the page.
4. MCP. Which client you connected, what it called, and what came back.
