Jumping to message by number doesn't work

At the read message or standard room prompt there is no ability to just type in a number and jump to that message number. This is a pretty valuable feature and should be added as soon as possible, at least to the reading message sub-menu. Linear reading only is not really a good option for any rooms that are going to have more than a few dozen messages, max.

There is still no sort of checking to make sure that a valid message # is landed upon. Landing on a bunk message slot at this point throws an exception. There needs to be a new case added so that it'll look for the next available message, barf out a message saying that this isn't a valid message and the next must be selected, or whatever.

While jumping to message by number is working both at the main menu and the message read menu, it is now leaving some of the scan pointers horked, at least on the message read menu case. There is not an accurate reflection of which message is currently being read, how many are left, or the like, at this point. However the code is displaying the proper messages.
