- Removed FenixServer Web documentation as it has been integrated into FenixServer.Api.
- Updated Home.md to reflect the new naming conventions and structure of the Fenix platform.
- Created new user guide for Fenix, detailing application usage, project creation, communication setup, and scripting.
- Added user guide for FenixServer, covering server operation, project loading, and REST API access.
- Introduced FenixServer.Api user guide, explaining standalone and embedded modes, API endpoints, and usage examples.

Enhance database interaction features
- Added `xctk` namespace and reorganized layouts in `ChartViewDatabase.xaml` and `DbExplorer.xaml`.
- Implemented `INotifyPropertyChanged` and added properties for date ranges, intervals, and orders in `ChartViewDatabase.xaml.cs` and `DbExplorer.xaml.cs`.
