Not receiving mail notifications on change (with AI Summarization)

Describe the bug
So I have a test watch set to https://original-beetle.staticdomains.app/index.html which is just a simple html page that randomly changes text to either "Fund Status: Open" or "Fund Status: Closed" when you load the page. I wanted to see if changedetection.io will detect that the status changed to Open and notify me. However, after watching it fetching the page twice and detecting the change (which also seeing that AI Summarization was being processed), I did not receive any notifications. The Last Changed column shows it was changed. My mail notifications are working correctly on other watched websites.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add & Edit watch of https://original-beetle.staticdomains.app/index.html as a watched website
2. Add AI Change Intent of "Notify me when the fund status changes to Open"
3. Add AI Change Summary of "Describe the fund status"
4. Save it and let it run a few times so it picks up the change of the website

Expected behavior
I should receive a mail notification with AI summary stating that the fund status changed to Open.

I am trying to be as helpful to your responses as possible.

Did you try adding the webpage I am watching to your own instance of changedetection and see if you don't get a mail notification as well?

I haven't gotten it to work on this page: https://original-beetle.staticdomains.app/

Give it a try. Set a watch for it and you'll probably see no mail notifications for it even if there were a change. With or without AI summarization added.

I added pushover alerts to Notifications and the pushover notification is being sent correctly. It's just the mail notification that is not being sent for this particular webpage.
