(v0.5.5-alpha) Windows Fixes

Testing on Windows has taken a back seat to feature development.

The side effect of this is Emissary Bundles haven't worked at all on Windows since their inception.

This is now fixed in the latest update. Emissary bundles generated on a Windows machine have two junk folders that we plan to remove in the one of the following updates, but they do work now.

Testing is now much more rigorous across platforms and we will rope Linux in to get some more love soon.
