This pull request provides a command-line tool that performs RISC-V Physical Memory Protection (PMP) checks. The program takes a PMP configuration file, a physical address, a privilege mode, and an operation as input. The implementation is based on the RISC-V privileged manual. The README file provides build and run instructions and details on my implementation approach. I used Python for this implementation.
