TFminiS Sensor Library v0.0.1 for Arduino Pre-Release

I'm pleased to share the first pre-release of the TFminiS Sensor Library for Arduino. This initial version focuses on hardware UART support for ESP32 and Arduino Mega, enabling basic interactions with the TFmini-S LiDAR sensor.

Key Features:
