This is me creating my first game for hackclub and first time creating a proper repository. It is a game where you go back and forth trying to tag the other player to score points first to 15 wins.
Press 'S' To Start The Game. Click 0 To Read the intsructions of how the game works. Use number keys to change the map. Yellow box appears when one player hits score of 5 and can be used as a powerup. First one to 15 wins. If you want to change the map that can be done at any time during the game using the number keys and if you want to have a random map click 3, and click it multipe times untill there is a map that you are satisfied with.
- Change Maps (Press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on your keyboard to select from the 5 maps given) (Pressing 3 Does Something Special)
- Random Maps (The Random maps is under map 3 when you first click it, a random map will be generated if un satisfied with the map click 3 again).
- Two players
- Starting screen
- Instructional Screen ('Press '0')
- Power ups
- Sound effects
- Random Map
- Use P to pause the game
This is what it looks like when you first load in player 2 is blue and player 1 is red. Use arrow keys to move player 1 and WAD to move player 2.
I tried to add the new adjustments. I added one more power up that appears at 10, but since the game is only till 15 points I didnt want to add another one. I also didnt have the time to fully redo the way that time works in my project as I am working on other projects right now. I was also planning on using this game when your board and since its only till 15 points I didnt want to add a pause button. Thank you for the feedback.
