V1.1.0 Testnet Run

this is the Test-Net Run to check everything its working Corrector and smooth also i want to check the Bee Cost
The Chain is Faster here its about to 5 sec/block

Dont Forget this is TESTNET

for linux run ./crionic-qt -testnet

for windows

1. Open the Command Prompt or PowerShell terminal in Windows.
2. Navigate to the directory where crionic-qt.exe is located using the cd command.
3. Run crionic-qt.exe with the -testnet flag using the following command: crionic-qt.exe -testnet
